CNET.com.au strikes a cord with me in this article predicting that a vast number of gamers have all been sitting around waiting for a good excuse to switch to Macs. Now that Apple has officially sanctioned Windows on their machines there's nothing stopping the users from running whatever game they want. I too felt a shift in the tide when the proprietors of Penny Arcade themselves both purchased Intel-based Macs. The day Boot Camp was announced Tycho at Penny Arcade posted that he would be installing it that afternoon and I wouldn't be surprised to find out later that he no longer used his PC.
